Neutral-host owner and operator of shared, multi-operator structures since 2011. We build on sites where others cannot — religious, institutional, public and private land — and we permit, design, build and maintain them ourselves.
Omnix is a Malaysian Network Facilities Provider (Individual) licensee. Our structures carry CelcomDigi, Maxis, UMobile, DNB and Unifi on shared sites across Peninsular Malaysia.
Each site is engineered for co-location and integrated with fibre backhaul. It stays with us for the life of the structure: we own it, we maintain it and we answer for it — to the operators, to the landowner and to the authorities.

Minaret lattice
Lattice structure finished as a minaret for mosque and surau grounds.

Concealment monopole clad as a minaret, with the operators’ antennas inside the crown.

Design and build
Structural design, foundations, fabrication and erection, with working-at-height controls.

Installation windows, power and fibre readiness, acceptance and documentation.
Operations and maintenance
Inspection, repairs, access management and upgrades for the life of the structure.
Fibre backhaul and right-of-way integration
Our sites are planned with fibre in mind. We integrate backhaul routes and right-of-way arrangements during acquisition, so operators land on a site that is ready for capacity as well as coverage.
Where fibre is not yet in the ground, we work with the providers and the authorities to bring it there.

- Upgrades — strengthening, antenna additions and equipment changes on live structures.
- Relocation and dismantling under permit when a site reaches the end of its life.

We build on Federal land under JKPTG, State land under the PTG land offices, religious land under JAIS, MAIWP and Waqaf Penang, and on the grounds of universities, schools and golf clubs.
A shared structure on your land brings coverage to your community and a long-term arrangement with a licensed operator of public telecommunications infrastructure.
We handle the approvals, the build and the maintenance. We keep the site tidy and safe, and we stay accountable to you for the life of the structure. Terms are agreed with each landowner individually.
